It should come as no surprise that General Motors CEO Dan Akerson would defend both the company and vehicle that showcase industry leading electronics before a congressional committee this morning.
“Although we loaded the Volt with state-of-the-art safety features, we did not engineer the Volt to be a political punching bag,” said Akerson, testifying before the House Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs, Stimulus Oversight and Government Spending. Read it at CBS Detroit
